Diwa ng Bakunawa

Diwa ng Bakunawa is a dark-fantasy JRPG rooted in Filipino folklore. You play Isko, a young babaylan-in-training in the forest village of Liwanag, who will do anything to save the living, even when the old rites are not enough. Side-view turn-based battles use Diwa Resonance: keep using one spiritual affinity and it grows stronger while its opposite weakens. Your choices will grow into a path of light or dark in the full game. The demo is about 30 minutes: explore Liwanag, walk the Forest Path, and face the first boss. It's free to play in the browser. Content note: the death of a child at the start, grief, sickness, combat violence, spiritual corruption, and addiction. No sexual content. Recommended for older teens and adults.
