ABOUT GAMEHUB

A directory of indie games you can play right now

GameHub lists 236 indie games that run in a web browser. We never host, embed or re-upload games: every listing sends you straight to the developer’s own page.

What we list

We do not list re-uploads of other people’s games, ad farms, gambling or crypto casinos, adult content, or pages that need a download to play.

How a game gets listed

  1. Submission. A developer, or one of our editors, adds the game with its genre, devices, controls, players, session length and price model.
  2. Review. A person checks that the link loads, that the game matches its description and that the labels are honest. Most submissions are reviewed within a day.
  3. Daily link checks. Every listed game is checked automatically each day. A game whose link fails twice in a row is hidden until it works again.

Our labels

Each game shows the devices it works on, its controls, whether it is single-player or multiplayer, a typical session length and its price model. Where a game shows ads, we say so. If a label is wrong, the “Report it” link on the game’s page reaches us directly.

Counting plays honestly

Upvotes are limited to one per visitor. Play clicks exclude search-engine crawlers and other automated traffic, and each visitor counts once per game per day. Every game starts at zero; we never add fake votes or plays.

Privacy

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use GameHub, such as which pages are viewed and where visits come from. Google may set cookies to tell visits apart; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services. Some pages show one clearly labelled advertisement, served through IgnLab’s ad server by a third-party ad network that may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Votes and reports store only a salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself. Games open on their developers’ own sites, which have their own privacy policies.

For developers

Listing a game is free and needs no account. Submit your game, and players will be sent to your own site. Already listed? You can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time.

Questions about GameHub

Who runs GameHub?

GameHub is run by IgnLab, the small studio behind a network of free web tools and games, including Tiny Playground, Carnage Commander and Moonlit Bonds. Our own games are listed alongside everyone else’s and follow the same rules.

Does GameHub host the games?

No. GameHub only links to games. Every Play button opens the game on its developer’s own site or official platform page, so players always get the real version and developers keep their traffic.

How are games ranked?

By default the newest approved games appear first. Visitors can also sort by upvotes (one per visitor) or by play clicks. Play clicks are filtered to exclude search-engine crawlers and other bots, and are counted once per visitor per game per day.

How do I get my game removed or corrected?

Use the “Report it” link on the game’s page and say you are the developer, or contact IgnLab on X (@ignlabnet). Removal requests from developers are honoured promptly.
